Vehicle Inspection Service

Report on the APA Used Car Dealer Investigation with CTV’s W FIVE

The Automobile Protection Association released the results of its latest undercover investigation of used car dealerships. Posing as ordinary consumers, APA mystery shoppers visited 36 car dealers in Toronto and Vancouver to look for a used vehicle. Overall, 24 (66%) of the used car dealers visited earned a failing grade. Sellers were evaluated on the accuracy of their advertising and their verbal representations, as well as the condition of vehicles offered for sale. View the results
