Hyundai Palisade 2023

Hyundai is moving to rounder and more flamboyant design, with the Palisade having a busier overall look than the company has explored previously. Inside, the driver faces a computer tablet with vehicle and infotainment sectors. The rest of the cabin is elegant and constructed from attractive components. Room in the first two rows is ample and the seats are comfortable. Third-row seating is competitive in terms of space and comfort, as is cargo space.
A 3.8L V6, with an Atkinson cycle combustion process, which is generally seen in hybrid vehicles, is the sole powerplant. Power reaches the wheels—all-wheel drive in all but the base trim—via an eight speed automatic transmission. Towing capacity is stated to be 2268 kilograms.

The base Preferred, with blind spot and rear cross traffic monitors, power front seats, heated first and second-row seats, a sunroof, navigation and a rear self-levelling strut, is nicely equipped. The Urban trim, with a TFT gauge package, a Harmon-Kardon audio system, an in-car intercom, a power-fold second-row seat, a 360 degree camera system, a right side camera view system, a power tailgate, L.E.D. headlamps, rear parking sonar, ventilated front seats and a cushion length adjuster for the driver’s seat, is very good value. Buyers can pick second-row captain seats on the Urban trim for an extra $500. The Ultimate Calligraphy, which adds Nappa leather, a head up display system, a second-row fixed glass roof panel, more luxurious trim, junction turning intervention and the ability to reverse into a parking spot and drive out of it while being outside the car, is a bargain.

Average to above average reliability predicted during the warranty period.
